

To stay in a positive or mindset you use mindfulness, presence and affirmations. Prior to that I studied zen meditation on my own so probably since 2016 or so to the present I’ve made it a daily or regular practice. I took a meditation teacher training a few years ago so I spent a full year learning and then teaching meditation. Otherwise that’s typically how my results go. This was a marked difference from us being casual friends 30 days prior.Įach time no matter my mindset I did practice daily meditation which I believe was key in boosting results fast. Asking me on dates, chasing me down to hang out, texting me all day. A few weeks later literally out of nowhere the guy was obviously crushing on me and had feelings. And I actually let the whole thing go and started to refocus on myself. Then I stopped listening because I was like this is probably a waste of time. I listened to the sub itself for a couple weeks I guess a few times a day (6-10). I did visualize the outcome for 3 days until I felt it had really impressed on my subconscious mind.

But I kept doing it and was getting interviews so I felt that it was indeed going to eventually bring me full results even if I was getting rejected in second round interviews (bridge of incidents I guess) I listened every day 3-4 times for 30 days, got the job on day 31įor the crush sub to be honest I didn’t have much expectation.

(Not because it’s a negative sub, I was just not staying positive) I was hella stressed about getting out of my job by a deadline. When I listened to Lucy Herzig For another job years later, I wasn’t in a good headspace. I listened for a couple weeks straight all day, and got the job. When I used matrixplay for a new job yes I stayed super positive.
